Recruitment of New Members

Each member is encouraged to invite prospective members to any regular Club meeting. Prospective members are considered guests of the Club. The Club member will not be accessed for the cost of the meal until the third and succeeding visits. After the third meeting as a guest, the member will be accessed the cost of the guest's meal on the member's next monthly dues statement. If a guest is not a prospective member, the Treasurer will access the member for additional meal cost on the member's dues statement.

To submit the name of an individual for membership, a Membership Proposal form will be completed. The form is presented to the Club Secretary along with a new member's membership fee (which will be refunded if the membership proposal is not approved). The form may also be presented to any board member. The Club Secretary or the Board Member will then present the individual's name for approval by the Board of Directors at the next regular board meeting. The individual's name is read to the membership. After approval, new members will be formally inducted into membership at a regular Club meeting.
